The Case is the research. The Dispatch is the actionable step: it turns an approved Case into the media you ship. When a Case is approved, Aculeus freezes it into an immutable snapshot and renders it for the audience in front of you — the credit desk, counsel, the board. The emphasis moves; the record does not. The model chooses what to lead with and how to frame it. It cannot add a fact, cannot drop the counter, and never writes an attribution.

2. 02AtomizeThe snapshot decomposes into claim atoms, each bound to its own receipt. A claim with no receipt is not an atom; it cannot be asserted.
3. 03MapPer audience, the model selects which atoms to surface and their order — a salience map over the frozen atoms. It picks emphasis, never facts.
4. 04RenderThe map drives a draft in the audience's format — an op-ed, an article, a report today; social posts, AI-video scripts, and explainer videos are roadmap. The model writes prose and places markers only.
5. 05BindEvery rendered claim is bound back to its atom and receipt. The AP-style attribution is injected by code from the receipt metadata — never authored by the model.
6. 06Substance-lockA cross-model verifier checks the render against the snapshot: any line that drifts from the record, any naked assertion, any dropped counter is blocked.

A synthetic panel of the target audience reads the render and reacts in free text; each reaction is mapped to a Likert distribution by embedding similarity (SSR — Semantic Similarity Rating, arXiv:2510.08338). The result is an action-intent score: a ranking signal over drafts, not a measured persuasion lift.
8. 08TuneA capped revise-and-rescore loop — at most twice. Each variant goes back through bind and substance-lock before it can be scored, so the door tunes but the record never moves. The highest-scoring variant is a candidate, not a decision.

The frame moves; the facts do not. Five spectrum profiles ship built in — Hyper-progressive, Left of center, Center, Right of center, Right wing — research-grounded configuration on a moral-foundations and moral-reframing basis (pointers to the literature, not an academic claim). Each is a door into the same record: it sets which moral language leads, which messengers carry trust, and which terms to avoid — and it can only reorder atoms that already exist in the frozen Case. The counter is force-carried into every render, the same fact set reaches every door, and the score never lets a frame change a number.

Audience profiles — the frame, the lexicon, the messengers a render may use — are configuration, not code: versioned and change-audited, so a change to how the board sees a Case is itself on the record. And the last gate is a person: if the gestalt pass cannot clear a render, it routes to human review rather than shipping on its own say-so.
